From the drop down list, select the vehicle you want to assign a driver to the click 'Show Driver Details'. If there is no driver currently assigned to the vehicle, you will be able to select a driver from the drop-down list.
Once you have selected a driver, enter the date the driver entered the vehicle and click 'OK'.
On the following screen you will see confirmation of the assignment. From here you can either navigate away from the page if you a finished assigning drivers, or select another vehicle to assign a driver to.
The process of removing a driver or swapping drivers between cars uses a similar process:
From the drop down list, select the vehicle you want to remove or swap a driver from then click 'Show Driver Details'. You will be given the option to remove the driver, leaving the vehicle unallocated or to swap the driver with another.
Clicking 'Swap Driver' will present you with another driver list. Select the driver to be swapped, enter the date the swap took place (Date Of Movement) and click 'Assign Driver'.
