Order Notification
Alerts you to any new vehicle orders or authorisation requests:
- Grade Order Requested
When a driver selects a vehicle from the appropriate grade list, the notification is sent to the Fleet Manager. A notification link also appears here. To approve the order click 'Process' to begin the Order From Grade List process.
- Step 1: Select the appropriate contract details, then click Next.
- Step 2: Enter a target delivery date, then click Next.
- Step 3: Select colours and any extras required, then click Next.
At this point your request will be processed and a quotation will be returned.
- Grade Order For Approval
This screen allows you to accept or reject quotes as appropriate. After approving the quote you will need to authorise the quote. See Authorise Vehicle Orders. To reject a quote, click ‘Reject’ and enter a reason for rejection. The reason will be communicated to Concilium. Based on the reason given your account manager may requote in which case a new Grade Order For Approval notification will appear.
- Quotes For Approval
Quotations that have need been requested through the Manual Quote Request process will appear here. If you only require one of the vehicles specified set the quantity to 1 and click Accept. If you require more than one, enter the quantity required and click 'Accept'.
To reject a quote, click ‘Reject’ and enter a reason for rejection. The reason will be communicated to Concilium. Based on the reason given your account manager may requote in which case a new Quote For Approval will appear.
You will then be asked to assign a driver and a target delivery date. Once you have entered the information required click Authorise. You have now authorised the quote – you will now have to Authorise the order by clicking the 'Orders For Authorisation' link in the Notification Area which will take you to the Authorise Vehicle Orders section.

Orders requiring authorisation are listed here. Clicking a link will begin the Authorise Vehicle Orders process.
