Request Delivery Date/Address

Only vehicles that are within the delivery pipeline are listed in this section. The Target Delivery Date, Delivery Address will be populated if this data is available. At this point a delivery has not been arranged. To request a delivery, enter a Delivery Date, Address, Contact Number and Name into the appropriate data entry boxes.

The request will then be forwarded to Concilium and official confirmation provided by email. Once a delivery has been requested, the vehicle and driver name will be highlighted in red and an asterisk placed next to the registration plate icon.

If you know which driver is due to receive this vehicle, you can allocate it by selecting the appropriate driver from the driver drop-down list. By doing this the driver will automatically be assigned to the vehicle is physically delivered and displayed in the Active Fleet list.

Hovering over a registration plate icon with a red asterisk will display the requested delivery details.

Complete one or more collections then click 'Save All Updates'. If necessary, click 'Next' to continue onto the next ten amendments.

Once collections have been processed, the collection details will be removed from the data entry boxes. To view this information on a subsequent visit, hover over a registration plate icon showing a red asterisk
