Vehicle Toolbox

The toolbox appears in the top right-hand corner of the screen and provides you with a list of additional information and tools you can use to administer the vehicle displayed. Click the link to expand the toolbox, click again to close the toolbox.

Vehicle Details

• Vehicle Details
  When viewing subsequent pages, this link returns you to the default screen showing an overview of the vehicle and associated details, an overview of contract details, factory options and features.
  
  
• Technical Details
  Complete technical data for the vehicle.
  
  
• Contract details
  Complete contract details for the vehicle.
  
  
• Vehicle Inspection reports
  View historic inspection reports and complete a new report for the current period. For more information view Vehicle Inspection Report.
  
  
• Finance Documents
  Finance Documents will be uploaded here for viewing.
  
  
• Emergency Contact Numbers
  Emergency contact numbers for the funder of the vehicle. For more information view Emergency Contact Numbers.

Actions

• Update MOT details
  This section allows you to update MOT details and upload an MOT certificate including the date the MOT was performed and the MOT certificate number.

• View Current MOT certificate
  The current MOT certificate as uploaded via ‘Update MOT Details’ will be available to view here.

• Input Current Mileage
  This section allows you to upload your current mileage. For more information view Mileage Input.

• Update Service Details
  This section allows you to upload an service document. If this is the first time a service document has been uploaded, 'Last Service Completed' will be blank. After uploading a document this field will display the date you enter under 'Service Complete Date'. You will also be asked to input the mileage at the point of service.
  
  
• View Latest Service Documentation
  The current service documentation  as uploaded via ‘Update Service Details will be available to view here.

• Request Vehicle Collection
  This section allows you to request a collection for the current vehicle. For more information view Request Vehicle Collection.
  
  
• Request Purchase Price/ET
  This section allows you to request a purchase price or early termination for the current vehicle. For more information view Request Purchase Price/Early Termination.
  
  
• Request Contract Amendment
  This section allows you to request a contract amendment for the current vehicle. For more information view Request Contract Amendment.
